How we provide support...


Currently we provide support for web hosting companies via their preferred trouble ticket system. Although we have plans to offer live chat and phone support in the future we currently do not feel we have enough experienced and/or properly trained service technicians to provide those services at the level we are known for in a live environment.

With that said we will login to the trouble ticket system you provide and answer open tickets in a timely manner, with language that your customers can understand. Our goal at Mikrotec is to keep your customers happy and continuing to use your service.


Flexible support plans...


Mikrotec provides several different pricing plans and levels of service to fit your needs. All of our plans can cover are designed for 24/7 coverage, but other plans with less coverage can be arranged on a case by case basis. Because our advanced systems and flexible plans we can tailor packages to be cost effective for any type or size or style of Hosting Company.

Per Ticket: The per ticket plan you can have unlimited servers, domains, or clients with 24/7 coverage. We will support everything on the customer support list and charge you per prepaid trouble ticket. Please review the standard pricing below.

  • $39.50 - 10 tickets ($ 3.95 / ticket)
  • $88.75 - 25 tickets ($ 3.55 / ticket)
  • $147.50 - 50 tickets ($ 2.95 / ticket)
  • $245.00 - 100 tickets ($ 2.45 / ticket)
  • $487.50 - 250 tickets ($ 1.95 / ticket)
  • $725.00 - 500 tickets ($ 1.65 / ticket)
  • 500+ tickets are charged at a rate of $ 1.55 / ticket

All plans must be purchased on a prepaid bases. Tickets must be purchased for a specific calander month, if not used within that month the tickets are void. If enough tickets are not purchased to cover the month additional ticket packs must be purchased for support to continue.

Per Domain: The per domain plan will cover a unlimited servers, support tickets, and clients with 24/7 coverage. We will support everything on the customer support list and charge you per hosted domain (or sub-domain). Please review the standard pricing below.

  • $24.50 - 10 domains ($ 2.45 / domain)
  • $56.25 - 25 domains ($2.25 / domain)
  • $99.50 - 50 domains ($1.99 / domain)
  • $145.00 - 100 domains ($1.45 / domain)
  • $237.50 - 250 domains ($0.95 / domain)
  • $375.00 - 500 domains ($0.75 / domain)
  • 500+ domains are charged at a rate of $0.70 /domain

All plans must be purchased on a prepaid bases. The domain plan covers an entire domain (or sub-domain) for one calander month.

Per Server: The per server plan you can have unlimited support tickets and clients, but have a limited amount of domains per server we allow, this plan has 24/7 coverage. We will support everything on the customer support list and charge you per server. Please review the standard pricing below.

  • $199.00 / server (250 domain limit)
  • $299.00 / server (500 domain limit)
  • $59.95 additional for every 100 domains over 500
All plans must be purchased on a prepaid bases. The server plan covers an entire server for one calander month. Please note the server plan limits the amount of domains allowed on a single server.

Additional Options and Information...

 

  • Custom Branding: (FREE) Custom branding is included in all our packages. We will answer the trouble tickets via your ticket system in your company name, or any other greeting you desire. Our help desk is transparent so the customers will not even know you are outsourcing your help desk.
