Below is the list of administrative tasks we cover for our server administration service. We provide server administration tasks for both ISP's and Web Hosting Providers on a per hour or per server bases.

Hourly Rate:

$99.90 - 2 hours ($49.95 / hour)
$199.75 - 5 hours ($39.95 / hour)
$349.50 - 10 hours ($34.95 / hour)
$599.00 - 20 hours ($29.95 / hour)
20+ hours are charged at a rate of $24.95 / hour

Server Rate: (limit of 8 hours per server per month)

$264.95 / server (1 - 4 servers)
$224.95 / server (5 - 10 servers)
$199.95 / server (11 - 24 servers)
$179.95 / server (25 + servers)

O/S Independent Support...

Backup / Restore Service: Automated backup planning, maintain the backup schedule, and aid in restoration of servers from the last backup. NOTE: We require an onsite individual to provide this service in a timely manner.

Server Uptime Monitoring: Ipswitch's WhatsUp Gold allows us to automated monitoring for your server uptime. Customizable alert lists and service monitoring gives you the best information about your server uptime. NOTE: A limit of 8 services can be monitored with out an additional fee.

NOTE: We will connect to Windows servers remotely via either PCAnywhere or Terminal Services therefore one of the required software packages must be installed on Windows bases machines.

Offsite Backup: We can provide Network Attached Storage via one of our datacenters via FTP or Windows shares for offsite backup purposes. [$19.95 / GB for daily backup service]
